Application Process
Early Spring Fertilizer and Pre-emergent (April-May)
We give the turf a healthy dose of fertilizer and micronutrients, kicking off the growing season! This is also the time we apply a pre-emergent to help prevent crabgrass.
Spring Fertilizer and Micronutrients (May-June)
This application will give the turf everything it needs to grow and develop. There will also be a light dose of herbicide applied to control tough weeds and crabgrass. We will also apply grub preventer to help control insects that feed on the roots of turf.
Summer Fertilizer and Micronutrients (June-July)
This application will help feed the turf through the warm summer months. We will also spot treat any breakthrough crabgrass.
Late Summer Fertilizer and Micronutrients and Broadleaf Weed Control (July-August)
As the turf begins to transition to the fall growing season, we add potassium to make the turf more resilient.
Fall Fertilizer (August-September)
To prepare for the winter ahead the turf starts storing energy in the roots. This blend will give the turf exactly what it needs for the extended period of dormancy.
Winterizer (September-October)
We give the turf an extra dose of fertilizer and micronutrients for a stronger root development and more energy storage for the winter. Hydra huma is also added to increase bonding site for the increase of nutrients and to help the turf during extended periods of stress.

Watering
Lawn’s Best Friend!Watering Tips:
Turf needs at least 1 inch of water per week. If temps reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit more water may be necessary to keep the turf healthy.
Watering time should be between 4 a.m.- 9 a.m. to prevent fungus and diseases. Watering in the middle of the day can cause damage to the turf by magnifying the suns rays on the tissue of the plant.
Watering schedule is dependent on the type of soil. Sandy soils require less overall watering time, but more frequent watering days. Clay soils require more watering time, but less watering days.
C-20
Lawn’s Best Friend! C-20 is a CONCENTRATED CONSUMABLE CARBON FOOD SOURCE for soil microbes.C-20
C-20 has the ability to restore soil microbe population. Which will help reduce the bulk density of the soil or break down soil compaction. C-20 will help create pore space in soil, giving room for root development and growth. In other words, this product will NATURALLY AERATE your lawn. By creating the pore space, it will also increase the efficiency of nutrients and water by allowing them to reach deep into the grass root system. This product is designed to increase microbial action, decrease the amount of soil compaction and strengthen soil respiration (because even your lawn needs to breathe). C-20 does all of this without interrupting the surface. “No more soil plugs lying around for days.”
C-20 the alternative to the Traditional Mechanical Aeration.
Lawn Aeration
Lawn Aeration
Aeration is important to drive more oxygen and space to the turf root zone. The small holes let the water and nutrients get deeper into the roots. It is very important to aerate your lawn if it is a heavily traveled yard with children/ pets, and especially if the yard is dried out. Aeration will help turn the soil and reduce compaction.
Over Seeding
Over Seeding
Is an easy way to fill in bare spots, improve the density of turf, establish improved grass varieties and enhance your lawn’s color.Grub Preventer
Kill unwanted pestsGrub Preventer
If you have had issues with White Grubs in the past. We highly recommend a Grub Preventer. This will be applied Late Spring-Early Summer time. Grubs are a lawn’s worst enemy for they will feed from its root system which will cause the lawn to be damaged and eventually kill it. A Grub Preventer is designed to stop white grubs from hatching and working their way up to the surface. Not sure if you have or had grubs in the past. Sometimes it’s best not to wait and see.
